Hockey players (and kids) do the darnedest things

Many of the celebrations involving the Stanley Cup are of legend. Kris Draper and his family have added to its lore.

Kienan and Kennedi Draper partied by eating ice cream and Timbits (donut holes) out of the Stanley Cup. Pretty routine when it comes to kids. It was newborn Kamryn, though, who left her mark on hockey history.

As reported in the Detroit Free Press, part of Kris Draper's day with the trophy involved sticking his diaperless daughter in the Cup's bowl. I probably don't need to go any further in explaining what happened next.

For everything the cup has been through, this may rank up there in jaw-dropping moments. Well, ones we're aware of. The Cup's keeper has been sworn to secrecy about some celebrations. It makes you wonder what good ol' Stanley would say if he could talk.

On that note...

The hockey world is in a lull at the moment, so tell me, if you had a day with the Stanley Cup, what would you do with it? (If you want to take it in the direction of a "sworn to secrecy" moment, feel free, but please keep it PG-13.)

Hockey players (and kids) do the darnedest things

Drinking champagne out of it has dropped to the bottom (no pun intended) of the list of things to do with the Stanley Cup.
